Sales and Lettings negotiators

LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR • Managing portfolio of properties on the market to be let • Take incoming tenant telephone enquiries and walk in enquiries • Vet incoming calls to identify that they are suitable tenants • Book appointments in the viewings diary • Manage daily viewings diary and ensure viewing agent’s day is maximised with quality viewers • Chase viewers for feedback to secure let • Liaise with potential tenants and landlords to negotiate on rent, term etc • Build contact database of relocation agents and corporate clients and retain relationship to offer them suitable properties • Arrange advertising boards up at each property • Arrange for property to be advertised on websites • Arrange photographs for each property • Establish why properties are not let • Regular contact with the landlord to update on the progress of the let • Knowledge of CARL would be advantageous • Salary Negotiable depending on experience • Commission based on performance Apply now!
