can we ensure that we obtain quality tennants? |

Our
reference and credit checks are so thorough that we
can, if required, GUARANTEE the rent which will ensure
piece of mind to the landlord.
We
also encourage both the landlord and tenant to take
out building and contents insurance. We find that once
the tenants have gone through this procedure they are
well and truly vetted.

When
will the rent reach my account each month? |
Rents
are collected on the 1st of each month. Once we have
received the rental due, our policy is to have the payment
transferred to the landlords account by the 15th of
the month
We
do this using BACS, which stands for Bank Automated
Credit System. It transfers money into the landlords
account at the click of a button, reducing paper work,
inconvenience, etc.

Who
will be liable for the bills? |
At
the beginning of every tenancy we ensure that all belongings
and meter readings have been recorded.
We
pass the readings onto the appropriate companies so
that the tenants are liable for all utility bills from
the day they move in.
