Leah is a super polite professional and extremely efficient. It cannot be an easy job to lead a team of various specialized technicians in a role that involves dealing with repairs, maintenance faults and complaints. Especially in this Lettings business & as you can imagine it is a very delicate balance between dealing with unhappy issues offering great customer service. Leah can "keep calm and carry on" being able to shortlist a long list of tasks by tenants daily to prioritize various kinds of jobs both on calls and emails. She has demonstrated good judgement to address the different job requests in a logical order of importance & priority. Especially when the property I've rented over 1year had a fire alarm device expiry issue, a plumbing problem with a faulty flush tank & electrical wiring that needed replacement due to a broken 35year old main circuit board box. All jobs requested were dealt with promptly in order of priority.
No job was too complex her to get sorted.  She has time and again shown how easy it is to resolve property repairs and other such client issues with her smooth scheduling and coordination with contractors. She was always kind and understanding and helpful to resolve repairs in the past few months. Would like to recommend Lead  her professional handling of various service requests. Bring any kind of job to Leah and she will get the job done right. Highly recommended team member at this Lettings Agency. At your next awards ceremony do give Leah an employee of the month award !!!"

12Let has always been reliable and consistent. They never disappoint and make sure every issue is handled promptly.

Plumbing issue: I once had a plumbing problem in my kitchen— the waste pipe got disconnected, and I was worried about flooding. With young kids around, the risk was real. I contacted 12Let, and the lady in charge of repairs immediately arranged a plumber. The issue was fixed within hours.

Faulty fire alarm: On another occasion, the fire alarm kept going off randomly, disturbing both me and my neighbours. Again, the repairs team acted quickly. An electrician came out and resolved it the same day.

Ceiling leak: Most recently, water started leaking through my bedroom ceiling from the flat above. I was worried about damage to my bed and rug. I reached out to 12Let, and Leah (the lady that handles repairs), advised me to knock on the upstairs neighbour's door. I got no response, but Leah was already trying to contact the flat owner and kept me updated throughout.

Later that evening—after office hours—I noticed another leak in the kitchen. I emailed Leah, not expecting a reply so late. To my surprise, she responded quickly, phoned me, and me know a plumber was on the way in 30 minutes. On her advice, I knocked upstairs again and this time reached the occupant. The plumber came promptly, assessed both flats, identified the issue, and resolved it. Leah continued to follow up he was onsite.

This latest experience confirmed what I already knew—12Let provides toptier service. Leah, in particular, went above and beyond. I’m truly grateful her responsiveness and support.

I've used 1-2-lets for years, they have rented out my property in Glasgow and looked after it full time for me because i live so far away. Any work that has needed to be done they are very quick at doing this. They keep you in the loop with everything. I think they are brilliant. The whole team is very friendly. I couldn't fault them.
